i enjoyed the accommodating service team! michael bercida, jacinth mataganas, flor gajardo, wisdom moreno and ruben fusio they were great. budz, the acoustic singer was so much fun. the waterpark was really fun too!
the check in process was quite long since i needed to wait more than one hour but the room was great and relaxing. the staff are very approachable so all is good. i see staff members needed better time management during check in.

the room included a television with many channels. fast internet access, it was easy to work. two bottles of water were complimentary each day, i took it. the air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room cool.

breakfast offered a large assortment of dishes. omelets were made to order, that was great. i liked the fresh fruit juices, they are healthy. the reserve restaurant had both buffet options and a la carte items, they taste good.

the hotel includes multiple swimming pools for adults and children, very practical. the surrounding grounds feature manicured gardens and beach access, so relaxing. a free shuttle service to nearby attractions is available and that is a nice addition.

The staff were always smiling and ready to help. The breakfast buffet had many choices and tasty food. The gym offered essential equipment. I found the water park enjoyable with slides for all ages.
The resort is a bit far from the main town, approximately an hour's drive. This remoteness made exploring other local restaurants or attractions somewhat inconvenient. I advise planning transportation carefully.

the staff were helpful. beachfront location was a plus for me.
the hotel is quite far from everything. it is a lengthy drive to any place of interest. the waterpark near the hotel was not great, especially for older children or adults. many of the slides were not working.

the staff were very approachable. crystal, flor, russel, lester, mark, remy and winston fulfilled our requests. they made my son's birthday special. the place is amazing. i was happy with everything.
the room windows cannot be opened, and the door lacks a mosquito net. this resulted in numerous bites in a malaria area. it would be better to improve this.
